Valentine’s Day is approaching soon, and jewelers are promoting precious diamonds once again. Seeing these advertisements recently made me wonder: what makes this gem so special?

Once again, a beloved member listed on our church roster has joined God’s Holy Roster in Heaven. As this man is dazzled by the beauty of Paradise and embraced by the arms of Jesus, I can’t help but consider the grief his family members and close friends are now experiencing.
Shades of Gray
Ah… nostalgia! I can still hear Jiminy Cricket’s familiar voice singing “When You Wish Upon a Star” as Disney’s magic came to life on our old black-and-white TV.

As the calendar is replaced and a new year begins, many of us feel the need for a list of resolutions. Among the most common are weight loss, financial improvement, and better organization.
